This is the simplest way to make dairy-free ice cream (in my opinion). And, I love it so much. Perhaps I’ve been away from “real” ice cream for too long, but this is my JAM now. Forget store bought ice cream…I’ll eat this any day of the week over that.
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. nut butter of your choice (I’ve tried almond, sunflower, cashew and almond/coconut mix. They’re all delicious!)
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well-combined.
Then, eat out of your favorite mug!!
